THE COMPANY

Utah Fire and Flood

is based out of offices in Mapleton and American Fork, Utah. We do most of our work in Salt Lake and Utah Valley but have done jobs as far north as Boise, Idaho and as far south as St. George, Utah.

 

EMPLOYEES

Roger and Larry Michaels, brothers and owner operators of Utah Fire and Flood and a Custom New Home subsidiary, Michaels Construction, have been in the restoration construction business for over 25 years.

Roger’s dream home, a pioneer era Victorian home built in 1892 has been an ongoing project for over 20 years. These old homes can pose serious challenges to renovators and remodelers. Roger’s expertise and experience in working with old and damaged homes with unique structural challenges enabled him to work wonders with this home which has been the venue for several wedding receptions in recent years.
